Are the offices furnished?
Yes. An oak-finished desk and credenza and/or desk table is available in each office depending on size of office. Tenants may place furniture and artwork as long as no structural alterations or damages occur when placed or removed.
Do the offices have internet?
Yes. Each office is equipped with at least one internet port, WIFI access is provided for tenants and tenant guests for WIFI enabled equipment. Tenants are required to provide their own modem, and router equipment and service beyond the provided WIFI. Sample equipment list available upon request. Tenants are responsible for modem/router and privacy-related maintenance.
What kind of kitchen amenities are available?
Refrigerator, ice maker, water. Countertop and cabinets. Sink and trash receptacle.
Constructed in 2002, the Kierland Corporate suites were built with the future of Kierland in mind. The landscape of Kierland looked quite different from the bustling shopping centers, international business hub, and lively airpark we know today. The builder had a vision of what it would one day become and constructed an office building which would remain timeless in aesthetics, purpose, and location.
